Police: 1 injured in Raleigh shooting

RALEIGH, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured on Sunday.

Officers responded to the shooting call at 2850 Filbert St. just before 3 p.m.

Marquis Overby, 24, was transported to WakeMed with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
