8-year-old boy gets served in school

An 8-year-old Missouri boy got quite a surprise in class when a sheriff's deputy showed up and removed him from his seat.

The 3rd grader was even given a court date.

It happened in suburban St. Louis. The boy's neighbors complained the child made threats against their kids.

The boy has a court date and has essentially been told to stay home or he could be arrested.

The child is not allowed to return to school until he makes his appearance in court.
