Arrest made in fatal Durham stabbing

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Durham woman faces murder charges in connection with a fatal stabbing Saturday.

It happened at 10:29 p.m. in the 200 block of North Maple Street.

Jakeya Karynne Davis, 34, of Durham, was arrested at the scene.

Police say officers arrived at the home and found 24-year-old Marcus Anthony Keith, of Durham, with a stab wound to his neck.

Keith was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Davis was taken to the Durham County Jail without bond.

Investigators believe the incident was a domestic argument.
