CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Cumberland County school bus driver is facing charges for an accident involving a second school bus on Friday.
Troopers said the bus from Gray's Creek Middle School was turning off Celestial Pine Drive onto H Bullard Road in Hope Mills when it went out too far and hit another school bus.
One student and one bus driver were on each bus at the time of the collision, troopers said. No one was injured, but both buses have significant damage, according to authorities.
Troopers have charged the bus driver that was turning with failing to make a safe turn.
