Durham Police investigate shooting at Cheek Rd apt.

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham Police are investigating a shooting late Monday night on Cheek Road.

It happened at the Oakley Square Apartments just east of Highway 70.

One person was shot outside and shots were fired into an apartment unit.

Police had no immediate information on suspects or the victim's condition, though a spokesman said the person was shot in the hand and foot.
