Flames tear through home on Cruz Jeffries Road in Clayton

CLAYTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- Authorities are investigating a mobile home fire in Johnston County.

It took firefighters from three departments about an hour to bring the blaze under control.

It happened Saturday evening in the 100 block of Cruz Jeffries Road.

Fortunately, the homeowner escaped without any injuries.

Investigators are now working to figure out the cause
