Great White shark spotted off North Carolina coast

CAPE LOOKOUT, North Carolina (WTVD) -- A 12.5 foot Great White shark has been spotted near the North Carolina coast.

The mature male great white, named Hilton, was tracked to a spot just off Cape Lookout on Saturday.

Hilton, who weighs over 1,300 pounds, has pinged dozens of times near North and South Carolina since being tagged by the researching group OCEARCH in March.
