Gunmen shoot at brothers in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- The Durham police department is investigating after someone shot at two brothers, wounding one.

Police got the call around 9:20 p.m.

The men said they were leaving the Joy Mart at 3801 North Duke Street when they encountered two men with guns in an alley behind the business.

The brothers ran and shots were fired.

Marlan Athony Craig Jr., 20, suffered a gunshot to the back. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
