Man facing groping charges involving 17-year-old

WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Raleigh man is facing charges after authorities say he groped a 17-year-old girl while inside an Apex restaurant Thursday night.

Apex police tell ABC11 that 33-year-old Kyle Holt put his hands on the teen's waistline and then touched her inappropriately as she was leaving work at the Chick-fil-A in Beaver Creek Commons around 8:45 p.m.

Holt was arrested and charged with one count each of sexual battery and fondling and assault on a female.

Authorities said it was an isolated incident and they have no other reports of similar crimes being reported. However, anyone with information relating to the crime, or the suspect, is asked to call the Apex Police Department at (919)362-8661.
