FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police were called to a home in the 5100 block of Hewitt Drive early Thursday after three juveniles ingested an unknown type of narcotic. That call led to the discovery of a cache of weapons and drugs.

Police said 21-year-old Ashley Elizabeth Skaggs-Smith, who lived at a home in the 400 block of Waterbury Drive, provided the substance to the juveniles at the home on Hewitt Drive.

A search warrant then executed at Skagg-Smith's home led to the discovery of 47 weapons in the home and illegal narcotics. Four of the weapons were stolen and one shotgun had been altered to be classified as a weapon of mass destruction.

Forty-seven weapons were found at a home at 425 Waterbury Drive in Fayetteville.

Detectives charged and arrested 51-year-old Boyce Jeff Sizemore as a result of evidence obtained during the investigation.
