Motorcyclist killed in Orange County crash

ORANGE COUNTY (WTVD) -- A motorcyclist died Wednesday night after colliding with an SUV in Orange County.

It happened just before 11 p.m. along US-70, near Saint Mary's Road in Hillsborough.

According to authorities, the driver of a Toyota SUV pulled out of a driveway and into the path of the motorcycle.

The impact killed the motorcyclist. No names have been released at this time.

Charges are pending against the driver of the SUV.
