Must-See Videos: Toddler dangles from balcony

Heart-pounding video from Singapore shows a 3-year-old girl who squeezed through the railings of a balcony only to get her head stuck before she fell.

The toddler, dressed only in a diaper, screams for her mom as she clenches the railing and tries to pull herself up.

In the video, you can hear panicked bystanders calling for help.

Eventually, a man, who was working nearby, raced to help the toddler by climbing up the ledge to grab the child.

But he was unable to push the little girl back through the railing. A friend arrived and they were able to get the girl back to safety.
