Power out in parts of downtown Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- An issue at an electrical substation located near Martin Luther King Boulevard and East Street resulted in a power outage in parts of downtown Raleigh Friday morning.

The problem was resolved around 8:30 a.m.
