FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- The Fayetteville Police Department has released a composite sketch of a man who allegedly broke into a woman's home in the Beaver Run subdivision Oct. 4 and tried to sexually assault her.

He's a black male, 25-40 years old, approximately 5'9" in height, and approximately 200 pounds.

The man has a somewhat muscular definition to his arms and shoulders, a shaved head, and thin, sparse eyebrows. He has a small goatee that covered just the end of his chin.

He was last seen wearing an athletic gray muscle shirt and light blue basketball shorts.

He had a deep voice but spoke quietly (like that was his normal voice), and possibly has a bite mark on his hand.

Anyone with information about the crime or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact Detective T. Huggins with the Fayetteville Police Department at (910) 303-5470 or Crimestoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
