Soldier killed in Fort Bragg crash

FORT BRAGG, N.C. (WTVD) -- A soldier with the 82nd Airborne Division died Sunday in a single-vehicle crash at Fort Bragg, officials announced Tuesday.

Nethaniel H. Wolfson, 22, of Geneseo, New York, was a signal systems support specialist.

Details about the crash were not released.

"Spc. Wolfson was an incredibly active and jovial Paratrooper who was well-liked and admired by everyone in his unit," said Capt. Isaac J. Gregory, 122nd ASB rear-detachment commander.

Wolfson's awards and decorations include the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Army Service Ribbon.
