Suspect arrested in Orange County double-fatal shooting
ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man was arrested early Saturday and charged with the shooting death of two people at his home in Orange County.
Investigators from the Orange County Sheriff's Office located Armando Garcia Lopez in Greensboro.
Deputies said they responded to the shooting around 11 a.m. Friday in the 6200 block of Doc Corbett Road in the Cedar Grove area.
Authorities identified one of the victims as 37-year-old Armando Aguirre Jr. of Graham. The other victim has not been identified yet.
Lopez was taken to the Orange County Jail under no bond. His first court appearance is set for Monday. Authorities said there will be an additional murder warrant.
