NEW YORK CITY (WTVD) -- The man accused of a violent crime spree in Raleigh remains behind bars Thursday in New York City.
Kendrick Keyanti Gregory, 21, was supposed to be arraigned Wednesday night, but it got postponed until Thursday.
Gregory is accused of killing a pawn shop owner, raping a 15-year-old girl, two shootings, an armed robbery, and multiple car thefts.
If Gregory waves extradition, deputies in Wake County will bring him back to Raleigh immediately to face charges. If not, it could take up to a month to get Gregory back home.
