Wayne County man charged with stabbing father

DUDLEY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Wayne County man is charged with stabbing his father in the head.

Deputies took 21-year-old Gilberto Rodriguez into custody after a domestic disturbance yesterday at a home in Dudley.

Rodriguez's father was stabbed in the head and taken to the hospital.

Rodriguez is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury.
