Sen. Richard Burr looks ahead to what's next in Washington

WASHINGTON (WTVD) -- Newly sworn-in Sen. Thom Tillis will have a strong ally in senior North Carolina Sen. Richard Burr.

Burr, whose stature was grown lately in Washington, is now the Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Burr sat down with ABC11's Larry Stogner to look at roadmap ahead.
