Woman rescued after Boston subway fall

BOSTON (WTVD) -- A woman was rescued by bystanders when she fell onto the tracks of a Boston subway Thursday.

According to transportation officials, the woman stepped off the platform before falling onto the southbound tracks.

Surveillance video shows two people running to help. They were able to lift her from the tracks.

She was then taken to the hospital to be treated for an arm injury.
