Indoor practice facility under construction at NC State

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- As far back at the late 70s there was a proposal to put a retractable dome over Carter Finley Stadium.

Since then, the quest for an indoor practice facility has been a frustration for many coaches.

It turns out; Dave Doeren is the lucky beneficiary.
