Man hit by car in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police are investigating after a man was hit by a vehicle on westbound New Bern Avenue at North Raleigh Boulevard just after 7 a.m.

The pedestrian was rushed to WakeMed.

There was no immediate word on his condition.
