Dramatic hit-and-run caught on camera in Tampa, Florida

TAMPA, FL -- A wild and allegedly intentional hit-and-run was caught on video in Tampa, Florida on Monday.

Cell phone video showed what appeared to be a driver of a silver car deliberately running down two people on a motorcycle.

Abe Garcia, who captured the incident on video, said that the driver of the motorcycle confronted the driver of the car after the car cut the motorcyclist off.

"I knew something was going to go down. I didn't know that extreme at all. But, people are crazy man. Anywhere your life could end instantly," Garcia said.

Garcia says the driver, who authorities later identified as 31-year-old Robert Vance, deliberately tried to run the man and woman over.

Troopers arrested Vance down the road minutes after the incident.

Both passengers on the motorcycle were taken to the hospital and are expected to be okay.

Vance admitted to investigators he hit the victims and left the scene.
