New flights coming to RDU

RALEIGH-DURHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (WTVD) -- Delta is adding new flights to Washington from RDU as other carriers are also stepping up their game.

On August 1, Delta will launch four new daily nonstop flights between RDU and Washington-Reagan Airport.

As previously reported, Frontier Airlines is introducing nonstop service from RDU to Atlanta, Orlando International and Philadelphia as well as returning popular service to Chicago-O'Hare, Cleveland, Denver and Trenton.

JetBlue is adding new flights to Boston and Fort Lauderdale beginning in May.

Southwest Airlines is adding another nonstop flight to Las Vegas in June.

Delta's recently announced non-stop service to Paris begins May 12.
