SELMA, N.C. -- A Johnston County car crash has sent four people to the hospital.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. Sunday near Live Oak Church Road in Selma.

The State Highway Patrol said a single vehicle driving down Buffalo Road rolled several times.

The driver, 49-year-old Marvin Austin Sr., was ejected.

Investigators say he suffered the worst injuries.

Three other passengers were involved.

All are at Wake Med.

The Highway Patrol says charges are pending.
