VIDEO: Car crash creates giant 'ice sculpture'

ST. LOUIS, Missouri (WTVD) -- When a car hit a fire hydrant in St. Louis, the results were beautiful - but a pain in the neck for police and city workers.

The crash sent water shooting into the air which then froze on a power pole and power lines.

It grew to a spectacular size before city workers were able to turn the water off.
