Raleigh Police arrest man after shooting into home injures 1

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Raleigh man is facing charges after police say he fired a gun into a home, hitting someone inside.

It happened Thursday in the 6700 block of Magnolia Court near Lynn Road and Lead Mine Road.

Police said the victim sustained life-threatening injuries but remains stable.

Eddie Thomasson, 33, was charged with two counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied building, three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

The incident remains under investigation.
