Members typically move through 3 phases:

1. Reboot/Reduce phase - Where members experience the majority of their weight loss
2. Adapt phase - Transitioned into this phase when within 5-10 pounds of their goal weight

3. Sustain phase - continue providing resources to help keep the weight off in the long run
