Shooting reported on Cricket Ridge Drive in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police are investigating a shooting that happened Friday in the 1500 block of Cricket Ridge Drive in Raleigh.

It happened around 4:15 p.m. Police said it appeared to be a drug-related home invasion.

Police told our crew on the scene a man in his late 40s was shot in the leg and taken to WakeMed with non-life threatening injuries.

Police also told our crew that three suspects fled the scene. No description of the suspects was provided.
