Dr. Victor Chang

Dr. Victor Chang is the chief medical officer for UnitedHealthcare North Carolina, Medicare & Retirement. In this role, Dr. Chang is responsible for driving clinical data analysis and overseeing the design and implementation of programs that improve both clinical and cost outcomes. Other responsibilities include serving as the senior clinical liaison to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, providing clinical market strategies, and supporting sales and growth opportunities.

Dr. Chang is an active member of the medical community and has served on national and regional committees for The American Academy of PM&R and the American Board of PM&R. He has also served as the alternate advisor to the American Medical Association RVS Update Committee, as well as working closely with the Colorado Division of Worker's Compensation.
