Fayetteville police are investigating an early morning shooting that left two people dead Sunday.

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police are investigating an early morning shooting that left two people dead Sunday.

Officers were sent to the 1200 block of Southwood Drive, in the Southwood Apartment Complex, around 4:53 a.m.

Police found 29-year-old Derrick McClain and 27-year-old Derrick Robinson dead of gunshot wounds in front of an apartment.

Police said two more men, 27-year-old Darrell Hinton and 28-year-old Kenneth Shaw,were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.
