RALEIGH (WTVD) --It was a cold and rainy day in downtown Raleigh on Saturday but inside the Raleigh Convention Center, Southern Smoke BBQ of Garland was heating up the Wide Open Blue Grass Festival.
Master Chef Matthew Register, along with the North Carolina Pork Council carved time out of their busy schedules to demonstrate how they make some of their North Carolina staple dishes.
