2 Fayetteville State University students charged with murder in Washington County

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Two Fayetteville State University students have been charged with murder in the Nov. 27 shooting death of Kizmel Norman on Somerset Drive in Plymouth, N.C.

Police said 20-year-old Oji Elon Wynn, of Roper, and 20-year-old Michael Dawane Jones, of Columbia, were taken into custody by the Fayetteville Police Department Thursday.

Both men are being held in Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.

Both Jones and Wynn may appear in court Friday in Washington County.

Additional arrests are pending.
