One dead in Goldsboro home invasion shooting

GOLDSBORO, NC -- The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says a man is dead after a home invasion style robbery early Sunday.
It happened just after 1 a.m.
The preliminary investigation shows three men forced their way into a home in the 100-block of Sal Court in Goldsboro.
There were three people in the home at the time. Resident Derrick L. Matthews, 33, was shot and killed.
