Kennedy Meeks starts vs. Badgers

LOS ANGELES -- Tar Heels forward Kennedy Meeks, who has been nursing a sprained knee, started in a Sweet 16 matchup with Wisconsinon Thursday.

Meeks was listed as questionable after suffering the injury in his team's win over the Arkansas Razorbacks in the second round of the NCAA tournament.

He's averaging 11.6 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.

Wisconsin's Traevon Jackson, who suffered a fractured foot in early January, played for the first time in more than two months after entering Thursday's game five minutes into the first half.
