Officials say Dominic Dilucia, 18, was driving the car that hit Steven Jagodzinski, 25, during a fight that erupted november 1 at the Perrysburg Estates trailer park.
A short time later, things escalated and Jagodzinksi was dragged, then hit by a vehicle. Jagodzinski died several days later from his injuries.
The Wood County jury has indicted Dilucia on two counts of murder. If Dilucia is convicted, he could face 15 years to life in prison. Gauge Lee, 18, was also charged in the incident.
