Man shot during armed robbery at Fayetteville garage
FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police are investigating an armed robbery where they say 2 gunmen robbed 8 people at a business Sunday.
It happened around 8:15 p.m. at Brown's Garage on Hillsboro Street.
Police said the people inside were working on vehicles when 2 armed men entered the business, pointed their weapons, and robbed the victims. One of the male victims was shot in the leg.
He was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. His name was not released.
The suspects fled on foot. Police said one suspect had a shotgun and the other had a handgun.
