Raleigh teen accused of sex with a child

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police arrested a Raleigh teenager on Sunday for allegedly having sex with a child under the age of 13.

Authorities have charged 17-year-old Christopher Pacas-Aragon, of 2529 Friendly Trail, with three counts of first-degree sex offense with a child.

Warrants show the alleged crimes happened between last November and April 1.

Aragon's first court appearance is set for Monday.
