DURHAM (WTVD) -- On Saturday, a crowd of people got their first look at two years' worth of work in downtown Durham. The Civil Rights mural is finally finished.
You'll find the art on Morris Street, next to the Durham Arts Council. It's a short walk from the wall that used to display the original mural about life near the Eno River.
Last year, a Carrboro-based business bought that building and painted over the mural.
We're told 30 people had a hand in creating this work of art.
