DURHAM (WTVD) -- There's a happy ending to a missing dog mystery in Durham.
The owner of Bella, a Maltese poodle mix, told ABC11 that her dog is back home after she was returned Thursday night.
Bella wandered off and someone was seen putting the dog into a car on March 11 near Cornwallis and Pickett roads. The owner later received a call from a person claiming they had the dog and seeking a reward.
Bella's owner says they are now celebrating her return.
They're also collecting a reward for a single mother in Chapel Hill who gave them information leading to Bella's safe return.
