Local high school swimming star commits to NC State

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The Triangle and surrounding areas do pretty much everything at a high level, and that includes swimming.

N.C. State won the ACC title last year and the Pack landed a big time recruit when local talent Justin Ress signed up.
