Amber Alert cancelled for child south of Greensboro

TRINITY, NC (WTVD) -- The Randolph County Sheriff's Office has cancelled an Amber Alert for 8-month-old John Aston Lorell Eastlack.

Deputies said he was taken last week by his biological parents Chad Eastlack and Penny Worthy.

Early Sunday morning, the couple was found in a Missoula, Montana area hotel when police spotted the stolen Chrysler mini-van the couple was driving in the hotel's parking lot.

Deputies said the child is in good health and has been turned over to the local social services agency in Missoula.

The investigation continues.
