Authorities investigating the gruesome discovery of a child's body found in a suitcase along the train tracks in New Jersey have identified the victim as a missing 2-year-old girl from Virginia.
A man was pulled out of the basement and taken to Jersey City Medical Center in critical condition with life-threatening burns. First responders were able to revive a baby, who was taken to the hospital. He is breathing on his own and is expected to be OK.
