2 Goldsboro shootings leave man, 15-year-old boy hospitalized

GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WTVD) -- Two shootings are under investigation in Wayne County.

Goldsboro Police said 32-year-old Stephon Walls, of Goldsboro, was found shot in the 1800 block of Day Circle shortly before 12:30 p.m.

Walls was taken to UNC Health Wayne and later transferred to ECU Health in Greenville.

His condition was not immediately known.

Several hours later, officers responded to a shooting call just after 2:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of Lincoln Circle.

They found a 15-year-old boy with a gunshot wound. He was taken to UNC Health Wayne for treatment. His condition also was not immediately known.
