FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) -- It's that time of year for outdoor fun!
From April 24-26, you and your whole family can celebrate 44 years of the Dogwood Festival with entertainment for everyone!
The Dogwood Festival is a free community celebration featuring classic carnival rides, live entertainment, and vendors throughout Festival Park and downtown Fayetteville.
Upgrade tickets are available for added perks and special meet-and-greet opportunities with the bands.
This year, new safety precautions are in place, including the rule that only clear bags are allowed inside Festival Park. Bicycles, skateboards, and pets are also on the prohibited list.
These roads are closed for the Fayetteville Dogwood Festival and will not reopen until 11:00 p.m. Sunday.
Please be aware that private parking lots are not owned by the City and will charge patrons their own rates across the downtown area.
