Durham high-speed chase ends in crash overnight

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- A high-speed chase on Saturday ended with a crash at Academy Road near Pickett Road.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m.

The driver tried to run from troopers but was arrested at the scene.

The driver's identity has not been revealed.
