Durham Public Schools hosting a hiring event for bus drivers with on-the-spot interviews

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Durham Public Schools is looking to hire bus drivers during an upcoming hiring event.

The hiring event is happening on Saturday, February 21st at Southern High School, which is located on 800 Clayton Road in Durham.

It will be from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the transportation trailer located in the back of the school.

There will be on-the-spot interviews with recruiters and staff members will be ready to answer any of your questions about the position.

Candidates will learn about training, benefits, available opportunities, and information on becoming a DPS driver.

No appointment is needed, and walk-ins are welcome.
