Biltmore Estate to play another supporting role in 2026 Hallmark Christmas movie sequel

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) -- The famous Biltmore Estate in Asheville is once again starring in a Hallmark Christmas movie.

The company announced Johnathan Frakes will reprise his role from a Biltmore Christmas that was filmed in 2023.

Production begins in January and the movie will be released ahead of Christmas in 2026.

Biltmore just recently reopened its doors to visitors after suffering from significant damage during Hurricane Helene.

The 8,000-acre estate is Asheville's biggest attraction and welcomes 1.4 million visitors a year.
