Man shames neighbor with 'poop cam'

SAN DIEGO, California (WTVD) -- A neighbor behaving badly was caught on camera in San Diego, California.

After a man put up a sign in his yard asking people to not let their dogs defecate there without cleaning it up, the woman was seen on camera not only allowing her dogs to do their business, but also stealing the sign.

The man has now posted signs with the woman's picture around the neighborhood in an attempt to publicly shame her.

He's also filed a police report.
