Man killed in Rocky Mount shooting on Sunset Avenue

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man was killed in a shooting that took place in Rocky Mount in the 300 block of Sunset Avenue.

At 1:37 a.m., officers responded to a shooting with injury call.

Rocky Mount police found a man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.

No suspect information was available, police said.
